Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During product launches, sales events, trade shows, or peak seasons, processing times may be longer.

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

United States 3–10 Business Days

International 30–90 Business Days

Shipping Rates:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Package weight

  • Package dimensions

  • Selected shipping service

Any available free-shipping promotions will be displayed during checkout.

International Orders:

International customers may be responsible for:

  • Customs fees

  • Brokerage fees

These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the purchase price unless specifically stated.

Tracking Information:

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be re-shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages:

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the carrier's responsibility.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@live.industries, and we will assist in working with the carrier to locate the shipment.

Live Industries is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing.

Live INDUSTRIES is not responsible for loss of profit or professional impacts of shipping delays lost/stolen packages.

Damaged Shipments:

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the packaging and damaged item.

  2. Contact us within 2 days of delivery.

  3. Include your order number and photos.

We will review the claim and work to provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution.

Multiple Shipments:

Some orders may ship in multiple packages. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
